Victorian Specialist Centre

Inspired by the leafy surroundings and suburban character of Lower Templestowe, the Victorian Specialist Centre is thoughtfully integrated within a landscaped setting.

Situated on Manningham Road, this contemporary medical centre features two levels of consulting suites, a Day Hospital, a Gym Therapy room, and two basement levels of car parking. The environmentally sustainable design includes an ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) skylight, which fills the atrium with natural light, and a living Ficus Hillii tree at its heart, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.

HAGTA Group provided comprehensive cost planning, managed the design process, and delivered construction of this state-of-the-art facility—realising the vision of a modern, harmonious environment for a community of respected health professionals
